Be mindful to not overdo it with the almond extract here but this ingredient is key in bringing all of the flavours together.

 

INGREDIENTS

2 oz nigiri sake

1 oz vodka

1/2 sour cherry cordial

1/2 oz orange juice

1/4 fresh lemon juice

1 drop of almond extract

 

METHOD

Shake all of the ingredients over ice and strain into a low ball with fresh ice
