Here's a gorgeous way to serve up a champagne cocktail, and you can use any flavour of cordial you prefer. We've used the hibiscus lemon here.

. It's a 10/10 on the easy elegance scale

METHOD

Make a flavoured large ice cube - think hearts, discs, diamonds, star shapes using 1/3 c cordial to 2/3c water. Make sure ice freezes solid.

Add flavoured cube to the glass and top with sparkling wine or non alcoholic sparkling wine.
