Earl Grey Mule

ingredients

1.5 oz earl grey vodka (or 1 oz vodka + 1/2 oz cold brewed earl grey tea)

1/2 oz frostbites ginger syrup

add a healthy squeeze of fresh lemon juice

method

Shake all ingredients together. Pour over crushed ice.

Top with soda water.

Garden thyme for a twizzle stick to add a touch of an herbal note.
