Meyer Lemon Lavender Granita

Serve as a palette cleanser between courses, or as a lovely light dessert

 

INGREDIENTS

 

2c water

¾ c frostbites meyer lemon lavender cordial ( or any flavour that compliments your meal)

 

METHOD

Mix in a shallow glass dish.

Put dish in freezer.

After 2 hours, take a fork and scrape the ice forming in the pan, creating a light and fluffy mix. Return to the freezer. Continue this process every ½ hour for the next 2-3 hours, until the liquid is fully frozen.

Serve small scoops.
