Lychee Yuzu Gin Sour

Hands down my favourite cocktail and most requested by guests.

 

INGREDIENTS

1 oz lychee yuzu cordial

2 oz sheringham cherry blossom gin (or a very clean non junipery gin)

1/2 oz cold steeped green tea

1/2 oz lemon juice

foamer/egg white

 

METHOD

Shake all ingredients without ice (dry shake) for 20 seconds

Add ice and shake for an additional 20 seconds

Strain into a coupe.
