Gingerbread Espresso Martini

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz vodka

3/4oz coffee liqueur/kahlua

1/2 oz irish cream/baileys

a double espresso - cold

1/2 oz gingerbread syrup

 

METHOD

Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice until very cold. 

Strain into a coupe that has been rimmed with cinnamon sugar (optional)
