Holiday Punch

INGREDIENTS

Non alcoholic version:

4 c pineapple juice

3 c orange juice

1/2 c lime juice

1 c sour cherry or cranberry spice cordial

top with 2 cups of ginger beer  + 4 cups of sparkling water

sliced citrus, frozen cranberries, pomegranate seeds

 

METHOD

Mix all of the ingredients + fruit, minus the ginger beer and sparkling water, 4-6 hours before serving. 

Right before serving, add ginger beer and sparkling water

Add ice to glasses and ladle punch in when serving.

Boozy version

Omit 1 c each of pineapple and orange juice and add 2 c vodka or rum.
