Gorgeous, spicy, slightly sour cordial made with farm picked BC rhubarb and lots of freshly juiced ginger. Try in gin, prosecco, or over ice cream.

2 oz gin
1 oz rhubarb ginger cordial
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
top with either soda water or tonic, to taste.
375ml bottle makes, on average16-20 drinks
