Haskap Berry Cordial
Haskap Berry, not a pretty name, but one of the most amazing flavours going for a berry. It’s a blend of raspberry, blackberry, black currant, and the tartness of rhubarb. We get our berries from a small family farm in Salmon Arm, BC.
It’s not overly sweet, but packs a fantastic berry punch. perfect for making sodas + slushies.
The colour is insane, but warning: it may stain your fancy whites.
Hands down, one of our favourite for make sodas.
Try a shot in cider, a pale ale, or a splash in a gin + tonic.
